Jackie, Instructor.

Jackie began dancing at a young age and knew it was her passion. She trained throughout high school and college in all forms of dance, but ballet was always her favorite. When she came to bFIT in 2015 as a student, she knew she had found an exercise that was perfect for her. She loves that barre includes elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, cardio, and sculpting. She fell in love with classes and the technique and wanted to instruct others in all that she had learned. She trained through the bFIT barre certification in November 2016 and is so excited to share her love of the method with you!  

Trina, Instructor.

​Trina began her dance training at a young age. Over the years, Trina’s passion for dance evolved into a passion for fitness, therefore, developing a career as a fitness professional for over 22 years. In 2013, she was introduced to yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice. Trina completed her teacher training (RYT 200 hour) and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, Trina has grown tremendously in her yoga practice both as a teacher and student and is inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. She has found bFit to positively compliment her love for dance, fitness, and yoga and hopes to share her joy and love for the art with you in class. 

Pam Leal, Yoga Instructor.

Pam comes from a lifetime of fitness, but it wasn’t until she found yoga that a grounding stillness was brought into her world.  Pam immersed herself in the 500 hour yoga training and now leads classes that are fun and unique, while bringing balance and mindfulness. The healing power of yoga has touched Pam’s life from every angle.  Now that purpose and passion is shared in her classes!

Fabiana, Instructor.

​Fabiana grew up training in classical Ballet and has always had a passion for dance and fitness.  She was first a client at bFIT and then shortly after, became barre certified.  She has grown tremendously as an instructor and her classes are always challenging and fun, with special attention to technique and form.

Stacie, Owner and Instructor.

​Stacie began her dance training at a very early age and has always been passionate about fitness and wellness.  She taught children’s dance and cheerleading during and after college, and after having her first son, she found barre and immediately knew she had found her passion. She completed her barre certification shortly after beginning to practice.  She loves that she can incorporate her love for dance and choreography into helping empower other people to reach their fitness and personal goals.  She opened her studio in 2013 and continues to share barre and fitness throughout the community at the studio and on-site private instruction.

Chelsea, Yoga Instructor.

Chelsea teaches Yin Yoga, which focuses on breath work, calms the mind, revives the body, and soothes the soul.  Chelsea took her first yoga class 14 years ago and intuitively felt eternal love. Yoga has given her a chance to learn about the human mind and body, as well as self-love and understanding.  She believes everyone can be their best self-daily. Through the journey of tapping inside yourself you can rid your mind from any obstacles and mind chatter that holds you back.  Chelsea is also certified in Mat Pilates, Body forging, TRX, Reiki I&II, and as a Health Coach & Raw Vegan Chef.  Chelsea will guide you through a gentle, yet powerful practice in a humble and compassionate setting.  The mind will feel calm as the body breathes away any stress and tension.
