b-BARRE: Our signature barre class uses small isometric movements which lift and tone without building bulk. With blasts of cardio, Pilates, and ballet, you will burn calories and sculpt your physique. With a variety of choreography and props such as the Pilates Stick, stability ball, resistance ball, stretchy band, you will always be challenged!
b-YOGA: Vinyasa Flow is a faster paced series of asanas (poses) linked with breath to create a moving meditation. Calms the mind, cleanses the body, and opens the heart, while getting a great workout.
b-YIN: Yin/Restorative yoga focuses on stillness of the body and mind. Each posture is held, focusing on breath to deepen the stretch of the muscle.
